A small city courtyard garden is to be redesigned. The client required the garden to be a low budget, relitively low maintenance, but colourful.  The existing floor and brick wall are to be retained.

Entrance to the rear garden from the back door is down a corridor by the side of the house.

The Courtyard Garden opens out to the rear of the property.

Concept Design for the Garden.

An arch to form a doorway to the garden from the back door.

As you make your way through the Arch with Clematis climbing, into the rear garden.

Camellia planted at the rear of the garden, where there is partial shade.
